If you elect to participate in the Viral Network Marketing Program, (a) you give us permission to inform the person whose e-mail address you entered as your referrer, that you have activated your account and (b) you give us permission to provide personal information to our affiliate company, Real Monetary Network, Inc. (RMNI), to administer Viral Network Marketing.
If you are a Vendor or Affiliate group opening a Gresham Account™ to accept and send Millennium Dollars™, you give us permission to post your name on the Participating Entities Page for the purpose of showing users of Millennium Dollars™ where they can make their payments in Millennium Dollars™.
We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as your account balance and your payment history with us) with companies related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates"). We also may share additional information about you or your account (such as information we receive from you in applications and information from credit reporting agencies) with our affiliates.
