Virtualmoney.com is fully aware of and respects the importance of your personal information.   • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms. If you choose to open a Gresham Account™, you will provide us with nonpublic personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number, and mother's maiden name.

  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others. For example, we maintain historical information about your transactions with Virtualmoney™, including your account balances.

  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

"Nonpublic personal information" is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your account balance and payment history.

 

Use of Personal Information:

We use personal information about you to provide services and products. We use information to: (a) open a Gresham Account™, (b) convert U.S. Dollars (USD) to Millennium Dollars™ for your Gresham Account™, (c) send Millennium Dollars™ to others, and (d) convert Millennium Dollars™ back into USD at your request.

If you elect to participate in the Viral Network Marketing Program, (a) you give us permission to inform the person whose e-mail address you entered as your referrer, that you have activated your account and (b) you give us permission to provide personal information to our affiliate company, Real Monetary Network, Inc. (RMNI), to administer Viral Network Marketing.

If you are a Vendor or Affiliate group opening a Gresham Account™ to accept and send Millennium Dollars™, you give us permission to post your name on the Participating Entities Page for the purpose of showing users of Millennium Dollars™ where they can make their payments in Millennium Dollars™.

 

 Disclosures of Information:

We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as your account balance and your payment history with us) with companies related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates"). We also may share additional information about you or your account (such as information we receive from you in applications and information from credit reporting agencies) with our affiliates. You may direct us not to disclose to our affiliates information that does not relate solely to our or our affiliates' experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as the application information and credit bureau information) by contacting us at Service@Virtualmoney.com.

We also are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to "nonaffiliated third parties" (i.e. third parties that are not members of our corporate family) in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to such third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us; to government entities in response to subpoenas; and to credit bureaus. Member-Generated E-Mails may not be Secure:

E-mails generated from your computer to Virtualmoney.com may not be secure, unless you use some form of encryption. Sensitive information should only be transmitted to Virtualmoney.com using Service@Virtualmoney.com Obviously, any information you post in the Forum is available for the general public to view.
